If the purchased goods do not meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange.
We have provided a detailed explanation of the conditions and the various options available, so that you can return or exchange the goods.
You must return or exchange the goods within the specified period:
- Within 15 days from the date of your order’s delivery;
- For products with quality issues that are not caused by the customer, they can be returned or exchanged without conditions within 3 months.
- The goods must be in their original condition and retain all labels.
We do not offer return or exchange services for the following situations:
- Goods that are already worn, stained, washed, or damaged;
- Underwear and intimate apparel that comes into direct contact with the skin;
- Modified and processed items (such as adjusted trouser length, belt adjustment)
- Defective product tags and various packaging items;
- The reasons for returning/ exchanging the goods, the quantity of returned/ exchanged goods, and the goods that were given as gifts and were not returned together were not detailed on the product list.
- Goods that have been received more than 15 days ago;
- Goods with quality issues that are caused by the customer’s own reasons;
- Products not sold on this website, products without purchase records, and products with a large number of malicious returns.
Please remember: In your order details, we will inform you of the deadline for returning the goods.
You need to initiate the return application within the return period and hand over the package to the logistics company within the specified time.
If you fail to initiate the return application within the deadline, we will refuse to process the return for you.
Regarding the refund policies for various payment channels:
- All refunds will be made by the original payment method selected at the time of purchase and cannot be processed using the method specified by the customer.
- Depending on the different payment methods, once we receive the returned goods and confirm that the returned items comply with the return regulations, the refund process will be initiated. However, the processing time varies for each different payment channel, usually within 3 to 45 working days.
- The credit card refund will be returned to the original card within 30 to 45 working days. According to the bank’s regulations, credit cards cannot be used to withdraw cash.
- If you haven’t received the refund within the specified time, please contact our staff to confirm and handle the matter.
